The Ancillary Revenue Analyst at Arajet is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and developing all non‑ticket revenue streams across the airline. This role supports Arajets strategic objective to maximize profitability through innovative ancillary products, data‑driven pricing strategies, and continuous improvement of the customer journey. The position plays a key part in strengthening Arajets position as a leading low‑cost carrier in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze ancillary product performance (baggage, seat selection, onboard sales, priority services, dynamic bundles, etc.) to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
  • Monitor pricing and revenue metrics, recommending strategic adjustments to maximize ancillary revenue per passenger (ARPP).
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking against regional and global low‑cost carriers to ensure Arajet remains aligned with best practices.
  • Identify and evaluate new ancillary revenue opportunities based on customer behavior, market demand, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with Digital, Marketing, E‑commerce, Revenue Management, and Customer Experience teams to ensure ancillary products are positioned and communicated effectively throughout the booking flow.
  • Support the development and optimization of digital touchpoints (website, mobile app, check‑in kiosks) to improve ancillary attach rates.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on KPIs such as conversion rate, take‑up rate, average revenue, and customer segmentation insights.
  • Provide forecasting and financial modeling support for new ancillary product initiatives.
  • Work closely with IT/Product teams to ensure proper technical integration, testing, and functionality of ancillary products on the booking and post‑booking platforms.
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and accuracy checks to guarantee proper application of fees and ancillary rules across all systems.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, data analytics tools, dashboards, and BI platforms.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly to management.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with commercial, digital, and operational teams.
  • Creativity and initiative in identifying revenue‑driving opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in revenue management, pricing, analytics, digital product management, or commercial strategy (aviation experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with airline ancillary products and low‑cost carrier commercial models is an advantage.
