About the job Human Resources Analyst
The Human Resources Analyst is responsible for providing operational and administrative support across key Human Resources functions, ensuring accurate employee records, efficient HR processes, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. This role manages employee documentation, maintains personnel files, supports HR reporting, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee personnel files, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage HR records, employee documentation, contracts, and confidential information with a high level of accuracy.
- Monitor document expiration dates and ensure timely renewals of required employee documentation.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and data analysis using advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding administrative processes.
- Coordinate employee documentation required for hiring, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Assist with employee benefits administration and HR-related inquiries.
- Ensure HR databases and employee information systems remain accurate and up to date.
- Prepare employment letters, certifications, and other HR documentation as required.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining organized and accurate employee records.
- Coordinate with Payroll to ensure employee information is accurate and updated.
- Assist with HR projects, initiatives, and continuous process improvements.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or HR Administration.
- Experience managing employee files and HR documentation.
- Experience preparing reports and working with HR databases is preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, advanced formulas, dashboards).
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
