Agile Delivery Manager

The Agile Delivery Manager is responsible for leading and facilitating the successful delivery of projects, products, and strategic initiatives through Agile methodologies. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Scrum Teams, and technology leaders to ensure efficient planning, execution, and continuous delivery of high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile delivery across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, priorities, and timelines.
• Drive the planning, execution, tracking, and successful delivery of projects and product initiatives.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, frameworks, and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Program Increment planning as applicable.
• Remove obstacles and manage dependencies that may impact team productivity or delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize work, manage backlogs, and ensure clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor delivery performance through Agile metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates to leadership.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively addressing delivery challenges.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Technology, Product, Operations, and Business functions.
• Promote transparency, accountability, and effective communication among stakeholders.
• Support organizational Agile transformation initiatives and process improvement efforts.
• Ensure the successful implementation of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Agile Project Management, Delivery Management, Scrum Master, Program Management, or related roles.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Professional certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, or PMP are preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency preferred.
