About the job IOCC Analyst
The IOCC Analyst supports the operational performance of Arajet by monitoring and analyzing key indicators related to On-Time Performance (OTP), schedule execution, crew productivity, and operational efficiency. The role provides data-driven insights, identifies performance gaps, and supports the implementation of corrective actions to optimize daily operations, enhance resource utilization, and improve operational reliability across the network.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Operational Performance Monitoring
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, including OTP, flight completion factor, delay trends, aircraft utilization, and operational disruptions to ensure performance targets are achieved.
Schedule Performance Analysis
- Evaluate schedule execution and operational performance against planned itineraries, identifying opportunities to improve network efficiency and operational reliability.
Crew Productivity Analysis
- Track crew utilization, productivity metrics, roster efficiency, and operational impacts related to crew resources, providing recommendations for optimization.
Reporting & Dashboard Management
- Develop, maintain, and enhance operational dashboards and recurring reports that provide visibility into performance indicators, delays, crew productivity, and network trends.
Root Cause Analysis
- Perform detailed investigations of operational disruptions, delays, and irregularities to identify root causes and support corrective and preventive actions.
Data Analysis & Operational Insights
- Analyze large volumes of operational data to identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities that improve overall operational performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Flight Operations, Crew Scheduling, Airports, OCC, Maintenance, Ground Operations, and Commercial teams to support operational decision-making and performance improvement initiatives.
Process Improvement
- Identify operational inefficiencies and support the implementation of initiatives aimed at improving OTP, crew utilization, schedule adherence, and operational cost efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Aviation Management, Statistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in airline operations, OCC, crew planning, airport operations, operational analytics, or a related field.
Skills
- Advanced Excel.
- Power BI and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of airline operational performance indicators (OTP, delays, utilization, productivity).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
