The Training Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical and administrative support to the Training & Standards department, ensuring the efficient execution, standardization, and continuous improvement of training programs.

This role contributes to maintaining high operational and safety standards through the design, monitoring, and evaluation of training activities for flight and cabin crew, dispatchers, and ground operations personnel. Additionally, the position ensures the proper control and management of training records, including timely uploading and maintenance across relevant tracking systems.

The role requires close coordination with instructors, examiners, and other stakeholders, as well as a proactive approach to supporting daily training operations and addressing departmental needs.

 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Develop, standardize, and maintain instructional materials in line with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and distribute informational circulars related to training programs, procedures, and updates.
  • Collect, manage, and analyze training data to support decision-making and compliance monitoring.
  • Track and follow up on quality assurance programs within the Training & Standards scope.
  • Design, program, and update training schedules, ensuring alignment with operational needs.

  • Support the execution and supervision of training programs, including evidence-based training (EBT) and adult learning methodologies.
  • Manage and control training records, forms, and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with instructors, examiners, and operational leadership to ensure training effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

  • Experience in training-related tasks or similar functions (preferably in aviation). Preferred.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • advanced English proficiency.
  • Basic knowledge of civil aviation regulations. Preferred.
  • Familiarity with Arajet's Operations Manual. Preferred.
  • Understanding of evidence-based training and adult learning methods. Preferred.
  • Ability to organize information, prepare documents, and follow up on tasks.
  • Team player, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
