About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Network Specialist with strong hands-on experience in switching, routing, and wireless troubleshooting. The role includes technical support across several sites in Israel, configuration work according to SOPs, and on-call availability when needed.

The position includes a company car.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure port-level access and manage firewalls and switches

  • Configure and troubleshoot Cisco & Aruba routing, switching, and wireless topologies

  • Configure and troubleshoot APs and Wireless networks

  • Understand network flows and perform configurations based on SOPs

  • Document all incidents in the ticketing system and follow through until full resolution

  • Build and update technical documentation and inventories

  • Analyze and solve complex network issues

  • Provide onsite support at multiple locations according to project and incident needs

  • Participate in on-call shifts outside working hours (outages/issues)

Must-Have Requirements

  • 4+ years of technical support experience in networking

  • Strong technical orientation

  • Hands-on experience with Cisco & Aruba routing, switching, and wireless environments

  • Ability to configure and troubleshoot routing protocols, switching setups, APs, and wireless networks

  • Clear English communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to work according to Standard Operating Procedures

  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills

  • Team player, reliable, and responsible
