- Process vendor invoices, manage billing and collections, and support the generation of various financial reports.
- Develop financial metrics and conduct regular monitoring.
- Oversee relationships with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards and performance metrics.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to align with corporate goals.
- Support the execution of corporate strategies and processes across various operational functions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement streamlined solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain strong internal relationships to resolve financial and invoicing issues swiftly.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Hebrew and English.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and business analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take on new challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and value creation.
