We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Operations Coordinator to join the finance team and support the company’s Controller. The role involves close work with Procurement, Accounts Payable (AP), and multiple internal stakeholders in a global environment. Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day vendor operations including onboarding suppliers, coordinating with procurement abroad, and liaising with local vendors.
Handle purchase requisitions, validate invoice-to-PO matching, and ensure smooth processing with AP.
Support budget ownership processes, including cost center tracking and employee/project allocation across R&D and additional departments.
Maintain employee allocation mapping across products and projects to support pricing, budget control, and internal reporting.
Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, dashboards, and management analyses.
Track expenses, welfare budgets, vendor contracts, and upcoming payments.
Manage Excel-driven workflows requiring strong attention to detail and high concentration levels.
Coordinate financial and operational processes across Procurement, AP, R&D, and other teams.
Ensure smooth execution of multiple ongoing tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and structure.
Must-Have Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel.
Ability to work with detailed financial datasets in a precise and structured manner.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several workflows in parallel.
Excellent English and Hebrew communication skills.
Comfortable collaborating with diverse work styles and team personalities in a calm, respectful, and professional way.
High level of ownership, responsibility, and task follow-through.
Mature, discreet, and capable of handling sensitive financial information.
Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
Nice to Have
Experience as Analyst, Economist, Procurement Coordinator, or in AP/AR functions.
Experience with financial reporting, allocations, or project budget tracking.
Familiarity with vendor management or procurement systems.
Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), Python, or SQL an advantage but not mandatory.
