About the job Support Technicians onsite - Tel Aviv / Kfar Saba / Beer Sheva
We are seeking an On-Site Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for users across office, lab, and manufacturing environments. The role includes end-user support, hardware and network troubleshooting, device setup and configuration, inventory management, and working with organizational IT systems such as Active Directory and ServiceNow.
This is a fully onsite position across multiple locations.
Shift Hours: SundayThursday, 08:0017:00
Salary: 40 NIS per hour
Responsibilities
Provide on-site technical support for office, lab, and manufacturing environments.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot PC hardware and components.
Support end users with software, hardware, and access issues.
Manage Active Directory tasks, permissions, and identity management.
Perform basic network tasks: switches, AP support, console management, VLAN configuration (advantage).
Perform rack-and-stack and network cabinet alignment.
Handle local inventory and IT asset management (PCs, network equipment, etc.).
Manage tickets in ServiceNow (Incidents and Requests).
Support printers (mapping, queues) and hardware troubleshooting (CPU, RAM, storage, power, video).
Handle Windows OS support, imaging, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Support Office 365 applications.
Work with SCCM and AutoPilot for imaging and deployment (advantage).
Operate and troubleshoot conference/meeting rooms (AV equipment).
Must-Have Requirements
Hebrew native; English high level (spoken & written).
Experience providing technical support in a medium/large organization.
Hands-on experience with PC installation, configuration, and hardware support.
User support experience across office/lab/manufacturing environments.
Experience with Active Directory, Identity Management, and Permissions.
Basic network knowledge: switches, AP support, console management.
Experience with Cisco products advantage.
Experience with ServiceNow advantage.
Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware, Windows, printing, networking).
Experience with Office 365.
Imaging and configuration experience.
Customer-service oriented.
