Job Openings Senior Ethereum/Rust+Python Developer TLV

About the job Senior Ethereum/Rust+Python Developer TLV

We are developing an innovative block builder designed to democratize and counter centralization in the Ethereum ecosystem.

Our platform enhances the capabilities of the Ethereum network and enables next-generation DeFi primitives.

We are a rapidly growing, research-driven company based in Tel Aviv, focused on performance, security, and open collaboration.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Ethereum backend developer who is highly proficient in Rust and blockchain protocols. You will design and build high-performance, low-latency systems that directly impact the Ethereum mainnet, contributing to a fairer and more efficient blockchain network.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable backend services in Rust optimized for ultra-low latency and high throughput.

Architect and implement builder-relay payload protocols (e.g., MEV-Boost) for optimized block generation and censorship resistance.

Develop block builder logic and simulation infrastructure to rank and execute thousands of bundles per slot.

Partner with research teams to ship new DeFi and economic models.

Contribute upstream to Ethereum client implementations such as reth, geth, or Lighthouse.

Optimize system performance through advanced Rust practices and low-level orchestration.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of total software development experience, with 2+ years building on top of off-chain or blockchain protocols.

Strong understanding of Ethereum internals, including PBS/MEV-Boost, fork-choice logic, and relay security.

Deep expertise in Rust (async, zero-cost abstractions, performance tuning).

Proficiency in Python for data analysis and simulation tools.

Experience with reth/geth, revm, or similar blockchain dev tools.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior contributions to Ethereum clients, EIPs, or MEV tooling.

Familiarity with Go or C++.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and bare-metal performance tuning.
