About the job Office Administrator Petach Tikva
We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Office Administrator to support day-to-day office operations, executive scheduling, vendor management, events coordination, and administrative processes. This role requires strong multitasking skills, high discretion, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
You will work closely with the Admin Head Israel and support cross-functional teams across the organization.
Responsibilities
Manage all administrative functions: front office, office supplies, parking, access cards for employees/visitors, cleaning, security, repairs, and maintenance.
Vendor management: price negotiations, contract handling, and new vendor registration in TCS internal systems.
Raise invoices received via email and post, and process them in the TCS internal portal.
Follow approval workflows until payment completion.
Manage accommodation arrangements for visiting senior associates and coordinate company events.
Provide full calendar management and personal assistance to the CEO.
Lead and manage courier services.
Support expat accommodation contracts, working closely with the Admin Head and external partners (lawyers, landlords).
Prepare and issue work permit/business visa letters and hotel invitations for TCS associates.
Coordinate company events, transportation, and welfare-related activities.
Host clients and visitors, including preparing refreshments for meetings.
Work onsite, MondayFriday.
Required Skills & Experience
13 years of experience in office administration.
Strong proficiency in Excel and Word.
High-level English proficiency.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Sense of responsibility, discretion, and reliability.
Excellent communication skills.
Assertiveness and ability to work under pressure.
Team player, service oriented, with high attention to detail.
Availability for full-time onsite work.
