Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise AI solutions aligned with business and ServiceNow platform strategy. The role involves building scalable AI-driven workflows, Agentic AI, and Generative AI solutions, while ensuring strong governance, security, and responsible AI practices. The AI Architect will collaborate with business and technical teams to translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the AI strategy and roadmap aligned with

  enterprise and ServiceNow platform goals.

• Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases across 

  domains such as IT and HR.

• Design end-to-end AI-enabled solutions and workflows 

  leveraging ServiceNow AI capabilities.

• Architect integrations between enterprise data sources 

  and 

  external AI platforms.

• Design and govern AI Agents, Virtual Agents, and Generative AI experiences.

• Develop prompt engineering strategies, grounding  

  approaches, and model orchestration frameworks.

• Establish AI governance, security, compliance, and 

  responsible AI practices including privacy, bias mitigation, 

  and explainability.

• Optimize AI platform performance using Now Assist, 

  Predictive Intelligence, ML models, and automation tools.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, 

  and platform teams to deliver AI-driven business value.

• Lead POCs, innovation initiatives, pilots, and AI 

  enablement programs across the organization.
