Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support the NUCFDC IT infrastructure. The System Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of servers, operating systems, networks, and related systems while providing technical support to users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade Windows and Linux servers.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
• Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Perform backups, recovery operations, and disaster recovery testing.
• Troubleshoot server, network, hardware, and software issues.
• Manage virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
• Implement security patches, vulnerability remediation, and endpoint protection.
• Monitor system logs and proactively resolve performance and security concerns.
• Support Zoho Mail, file servers, print services, and enterprise applications.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and asset inventories.
• Collaborate with network, security, and application support teams.
• Participate in on-call support and maintenance activities.
