Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, Develop and maintain automated functional test scripts using robot framework.
• Support with automation execution on multiple touchpoints
• Review, Analyze and report on test execution
• Identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement and implement optimizations.
• Support maintaining the framework keywords and components.
• Be part of the team meetings - planning and reporting

Minimum technical skills:

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum
• Experience using test management tools such as QMetry & JIRA.
• Hands-on experience on test automation with web, mobile (iOS & android)
• Familiarity or experience with the Robot Framework or Hybrid Framework.
• Knowledge of POM design pattern.
• Basic understanding on REST APIs
• Good to have knowledge in writing basic scripts using Python
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests in CI/CD processes.
• Experience with sourcing tools (git) and project-tracking software like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and propose effective solutions.

Leadership/ experience level- Mid Level - 5 to 9 years

• Can independently develop test cases.
• Can develop framework keywords and components with support.
• Can troubleshoot complex issues.
• Deploy patches or updates to software and hardware in the automation ecosystem.
• Understands the software development lifecycle and integrates testing with CI/CD.
• Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams and understanding business requirements.
• Stay updated on the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in automation.

Location: Bangalore
Form of employment: Full-time until further notice, we apply 6 months probationary employment.
