Project Manager - Site Tech Engineering

As a Project Manager within the Site Tech Engineering area, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating technical projects from start to finish, across various solutions and platforms. Your ability to manage multiple projects and tasks both in parallel and across different departments and external suppliers will be crucial to your success in this role.

Together with our development teams and business units, you will work closely to ensure the successful execution of different projects. Technical expertise and experience in IT infrastructure and services is important.

You will be part of a skilled and passionate team focused on enabling our business, with the ambition of taking the company to new heights. This role demands an initiative-taking individual with a strong drive and adaptability to new situations.

The role is located in our Stockholm office.

Responsibilities

• You manage technical projects from A to Z.

• You understand and translate business needs to involve and coordinate cross functional technical teams.

• You collaborate withrelevant partiesto identify and resolve challenges, ensuring alignment across the project, and driving successful outcomes.

• You proactively identify and manage risks and dependencies and use time management and prioritization to overcome obstacles.

• You lead project meetings to assure progress and address challenges.

• You participate actively in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and project retrospectives.

• You coordinate keeping project artifacts up to date in tools like Teams, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Confluence and JIRA.

• You are responsible for creating project monitoring tools like weekly status reports, time plans, project health dashboards, and logs for dependencies, risks, and decisions to avoid project pitfalls.

• You escalate issues and impacts to delivery timelines and collaborate proactively with teams to remove barriers to project execution.

• You provide status reports on project commitments and team objectives to related levels of the organization, catering your message for each audience.

• You work independently and manage projects with support and guidance from your manager and different teams.

• You are comfortable working closely with multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders, and take ownership of your projects.

• You approach challenges with a solution-oriented mind-set.

• Your language skills: Swedish and English is a requirement.

Qualifications

• Senior experience of leading projects in global enterprise companies.

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager with a successful track record from complex IT infrastructure related projects.

• Experience collaborating and coordinating across multiple IT infrastructure teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.

• Demonstrated project management expertise with experience in various methodologies and techniques.

• Ability to bridge the gap between technical requirements and business needs.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.

• Curiosity and adaptability to grasp new concepts and technologies quickly.

• Fearlessness in exploring alternative solutions and implementing backup plans.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships.

• Firsthand experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office tools.
