Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent for our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of IT and software development roles, a proactive approach to recruiting, and a passion for connecting highly skilled professionals with career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing & Recruitment:
    • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates for various IT roles, including software engineers, data scientists, network administrators, cybersecurity analysts, and more.
    • Use a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, and tech meetups) to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
  2. Collaborate with Hiring Managers:
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, technical skills needed, and team dynamics.
    • Provide insights and recommendations on hiring strategies, candidate profiles, and market trends.
  3. Candidate Screening & Assessment:
    • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess both technical skills and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and facilitate technical assessments, coding tests, and interview rounds, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.
  4. Pipeline Development & Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates for future hiring needs.
    • Develop relationships with universities, tech communities, and professional organizations to build a network of potential candidates.
  5. Employer Branding & Networking:
    • Promote the companys employer brand within the tech community through social media engagement, tech conferences, and recruitment events.
    • Create content highlighting the companys tech projects, culture, and employee success stories.
  6. Compliance & Best Practices:
    • Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with local labor laws and company policies.
    • Stay current on industry trends, new recruitment tools, and best practices.

Key Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within an agency or corporate environment.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of IT and software development roles, programming languages, frameworks, and tools (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, DevOps, cloud technologies).
    • Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
    • MS Framework and Technologies.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience with high-volume technical recruiting.
  • Familiarity with HR technology tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Codility.
  • Established network within the tech industry and active involvement in IT communities.
