Position: Oracle Techno Functional Consultant

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 10+ Years

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Projects Suite and Finance Modules to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business application implementation, continuous process improvements, and supporting project construction operations using Oracle EBS application and technology platform.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of business processes by leveraging innovative technology solutions and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide technical and functional expertise for Oracle EBS implementation, enhancements, and support for Project Construction business areas.
• Lead requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, SIT, UAT, end-user training, migration, and deployment activities following Oracle AIM methodology.
• Prepare functional and technical specifications based on business requirements.
• Develop and troubleshoot using PL/SQL, Oracle Developer tools, and Oracle BI Publisher.
• Design and develop reports using Oracle Reports, Discoverer, and XML/BI Publisher.
• Manage and customize Oracle Workflow (seeded and custom), AME (Approval Management Engine), and Alerts.
• Utilize Form Personalization for tailoring standard Oracle forms.
• Develop and manage APIs for Oracle Project Suite and Finance Modules.
• Provide application support for Oracle Financial Modules: PO (Purchasing), AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), GL (General Ledger).
• Implement and support Oracle Project Costing and Project Billing modules.
• Work on REST APIs, Oracle Application Framework (OAF) Personalization & Customization.

Required Skills & Experience:

What You Bring to the Role:

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Techno-Functional roles with a focus on Projects and Financial modules.
• Experience working in a Construction or Project-driven business environment is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in at least 3 to 4 full-cycle Oracle EBS Project Suite implementations.
• Strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12 including:
• Oracle Project Costing & Billing
• Oracle Financial Modules (PO, AP, AR, GL)
• OAF (Personalization & Customization)
• Oracle Workflow, REST APIs, AME, Alerts
• Excellent skills in PL/SQL development and troubleshooting.
• Strong experience with Reports development using Oracle Developer, Discoverer, XML Publisher, and BI Publisher.
• Good knowledge of Form Personalization techniques.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to influence and deliver business results while managing customer/user expectations.
