Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Technical Program Manager with 5-8 years of experience to drive our customer-focused projects from inception through completion. 

The ideal candidate is an experienced project executor with a demonstrated ability to quickly implement solutions, adapt to challenges, and continuously improve. This individual is confident, assertive, and adept at navigating customer relationships to ensure mutual satisfaction and success. The Technical Program Manager will employ strong communication and organizational skills, balancing company goals with customer needs to create win-win situations, even in high-stress scenarios. A background in program management tools is essential.

The key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to

· Project Execution and Management: Lead complex projects end-to-end, from planning through deployment, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. Manage project milestones, deliverables, and timelines with attention to detail and efficiency.

· Customer Interaction and Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle. Demonstrate empathy and assertive communication to manage expectations and turn every action into positive outcomes that benefit both the customer and the company.

· Continuous Improvement: Conduct review and retrospection, self and teamwise, to ensure the learning opportunities are applied appropriately in future initiatives. Document best practices and share insights with the team for collective growth.

· Problem Solving and Decision Making: Use strategic thinking to make swift, data-informed decisions that address both immediate project needs and long-term objectives. Ensure alignment of customer requirements with business goals.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, sales, and product teams to align on project requirements, ensuring that deliverables are met with quality and efficiency. Foster collaboration and clear communication across departments.

Qualifications:

· 5-8 years of relevant experience in technical program or project management, ideally in customer-facing roles associated to Information Technology

· Proven experience in turning complex and challenging projects around by balancing company and customer priorities.

· Ability to make quick, informed decisions and implement solutions with agility.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an assertive yet empathetic approach to managing customer relationships.

· Demonstrated ability to identify the root cause of customer dissatisfaction and develop strategies to create beneficial outcomes for both customers and the company.

· Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello, or similar) and a strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
