Client Engagement:
- Build and nurture strong client relationships.
- Regularly communicate project updates, performance metrics, and reports.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to improve services.
Project Delivery:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of products or services.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage change requests and scope adjustments.
Team Coordination:
- Align internal teams (e.g., development, operations) with client goals.
- Delegate tasks and monitor team performance.
- Resolve any bottlenecks or conflicts affecting delivery.
Financial Management:
- Monitor budgets and resource allocation to maximize profitability.
- Prepare and deliver financial and progress reports to stakeholders.
Contract Management:
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual terms.
- Negotiate contract renewals, upselling opportunities, or extensions.
Operational Efficiency:
- Optimize workflows and processes to meet client needs effectively.
- Ensure the use of appropriate tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Risk and Issue Management:
- Identify risks in project delivery and implement mitigation strategies.
- Address escalations promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and report KPIs such as delivery timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Provide actionable insights to enhance delivery processes.
Upselling and Business Development:
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to the client.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to grow the client relationship
