Short Description:

We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors consultant who has at least 2 end-to-end implementation experience. The consultant will be working closely with Business and will be part of SAP SuccessFactors team

Technical Competence:

• 6+ Years of SuccessFactors with minimum 2 End-to-End Implementations in SF Employee Central, PMGM
• Certified in SAP SuccessFactors EC & PMGM
•  Knowledge in other modules like Succession Planning and Time Management is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of HR core processes.
• Thorough knowledge on the BCUI, MDF objects, Foundation Objects, RBP, Position Management, Data Models, Report Center etc.
• Expertise knowledge in configuring Goal, performance template.
• Knowledge in integration with other SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience working in Support and maintenance of SuccessFactors projects.
•  Having Strong communication skills being a good team player.
