About the Role

As an Engineering Manager, you will oversee and support consultants, technical engineers, software engineers, platform engineers, and data analysts. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering a strong, collaborative team culture where members thrive and grow together.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture high-performing teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Promote a collaborative and inclusive team environment, where innovation and mutual support are central.
• Act as a mentor and guide, helping team members grow their technical and interpersonal skills.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication within and across teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
