Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), particularly in Digital Asset Management (DAM). You will collaborate with the DAM implementation team during the project phase and take ownership of the system as it transitions to the maintenance phase. This role involves a mix of low-code configuration, custom development, and leveraging AEM features to drive content and asset management efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of AEM projects from implementation to maintenance.
• Manage and optimize AEM Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions, ensuring efficient asset organization, retrieval, and delivery.
• Configure AEM features and build new interfaces leveraging App Builder and low-code platforms.
• Work with AEM Asset Share vs. Brand Portal, providing insights and implementation recommendations.
• Implement and manage Dynamic Media and content automation workflows to enhance asset delivery and usage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient content management.
• Maintain and enhance the AEM system using Java where custom development is required.
• Conduct performance optimization, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.

Required Skills & Experience

• AEM Expertise: 10+ years of experience with AEM Assets (DAM), AEM Asset Share, and Brand Portal.
• AEM Configuration: Strong experience in low-code configuration and developing custom interfaces using AEM tools.
• Dynamic Media: Knowledge and experience in implementing and optimizing Dynamic Media and content automation solutions.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in basic Java for AEM customizations.
  • Familiarity with App Builder for application development.
• Leadership: Ability to guide and mentor teams during project transitions and maintenance phases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with content automation tools and workflows.
• Experience in integrating AEM with third-party tools and APIs.
• Knowledge of cloud-based content delivery solutions.
