QA Automation Engineer

Job description:

List of daily tasks:
1. Test Planning and Preparation (Product, Integration, E2E, and Regression Testing).
2. Web and Mobile Testing (Web and App in both Android and iOS).
3. Test Case Execution, Defect Reporting, and Tracking.
4. Collaboration and Mentorship.
5. Automation experience in Selenium/Cypress/Playwright/TestCafe/Appium/Robot Framework or similar tools and automation frameworks.

Minimum technical skills:
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum
Experience using test management tools such as QMetry & JIRA.
Proficiency in mobile and web testing tools: Appium, BrowserStack.
Familiarity or experience with the Robot Framework or similar with Python/JS for automated testing.
Knowledge of POM design pattern.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests in CI/CD processes.
Experience with sourcing tools (git) and project-tracking software like Jira and Confluence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and propose effective solutions.

Leadership/ experience level - Senior resource with 7 to 10 years of experience.
