Job description:

The Cyber Security Advisory Team plays a crucial role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information and technology assets. We provide tactical and operational cyber security advice to our business stakeholders.

As a team, we believe in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, and trust. In this role, you will be developing and maintaining a strong relationship with the business stakeholders and ensuring that their cyber security needs are met.

What you will do as a Cyber Security Advisor:

• Conduct security assessment of in-house developed and/or by third-party provided solutions in order to ensure that they are in compliance with H&M's security standards
• Security maturity and risk assessment for internal and external partners
• Providing targeted security trainings
• Understand the business needs and help them achieve their goals while meeting Cyber Security needs as well

Qualifications - What you need to succeed:

• Experience working with Cyber Security in an Enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of cyber security concepts, ability to give technical advice to business in security matters
• Proven experience of cyber security or privacy frameworks, standards, and regulations, such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, and GDPR
• Having a business mindset understanding the needs and way of working in business and being a partner for them to reach their goals
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written English
• Experience with highly effective and strong communication with business stakeholders in all levels of an organization
• Familiarity with AI, Generative AI and ML
• Experience of the retail industry is a merit
• A positive spirit and attitude

Required cloud certification: AZ-900 / GCP Fundamentals
