Job Description

Position: HRMS Principal Analyst

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 10+ Years

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering innovative Oracle EBS HRMS solutions, managing enhancements, supporting production, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Participate in full-cycle Oracle HRMS implementations, enhancements, and production support.
  • Attend stakeholder meetings to gather business requirements, provide updates, and discuss operational issues.
  • Work on prioritized Oracle EBS HRMS application projects to build and implement innovative solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues using SQL queries, PL/SQL debugging, and other technical tools.
  • Identify business challenges and provide effective solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to configure and implement new requirements in Oracle HRMS modules.
  • Design and develop custom solutions including fast formulas and vendor interfaces.
  • Ensure project compliance with relevant country legislation (US/CAN payroll and HRMS regulations).

Required Skills & Experience:

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 10+ years of strong Techno-Functional experience with Oracle EBS HRMS modules including:
    • Core HR
    • SSHR (Self-Service Human Resources)
    • Payroll
    • Absence Management
    • Oracle Advanced Benefits (OAB)
  • Expertise in Oracle EBS R12 Implementation, Upgrade, and Support projects.
  • Strong technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, OAF (Oracle Application Framework), and fast formulas.
  • Deep understanding of business processes and ability to provide tailored solutions.
  • Experience working with process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Knowledge of compliance and statutory regulations related to Payroll & HRMS systems in US/CAN.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Start: Immediate
