Job Title: Senior AEM/AC Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: Bengaluru/ Hybrid

Reports To: QA Manager / Product Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AEM/AC Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic QA team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of AEM-based marketing solutions, particularly in Email and Push Notification channels. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Campaign Classic/Standard, and a foundational understanding of Hybris/PIM systems to manage end-to-end content flows.

In addition to strong QA fundamentals, the candidate must possess excellent testing capabilities across functional, regression, accessibility, and security domains, and be comfortable working within Agile teams. Experience in the Retail/Ecommerce domain will be highly valuable.

Key Responsibilities

Test Planning and Execution

• Design and implement comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and test cases for AEM projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and define testing goals.
• Identify opportunities for automation and develop scripts using tools such as Selenium.

Functional, Regression & Cross-Channel Testing

• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing of AEM assets and workflows.
• Validate end-to-end Email delivery (AEM to Adobe Campaign) across various clients and devices.
• Conduct Push notification testing on Android and iOS devices.
• Leverage Email testing tools to ensure accurate rendering and delivery.

Accessibility & Security Testing

• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with WCAG and other accessibility standards.
• Execute security tests to identify vulnerabilities and ensure data protection compliance.

Defect Management

• Log and track bugs using tools like JIRA.

• Collaborate closely with developers to validate and resolve defects.

• Re-test and verify fixes to ensure production readiness.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay abreast of latest QA tools, methodologies, and industry trends.
• Participate in retrospectives and suggest improvements to QA processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• 7+ years of proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites, Assets, workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign (Classic & Standard) for Email and Push channel testing.
• Working knowledge of Hybris/PIM systems and their role in content workflows.
• Experience with testing tools/frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG.
• Familiarity with Email testing platforms (e.g., Litmus, Email on Acid) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and defect lifecycle.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross 

  functional team.
• Certifications in AEM and/or Adobe Campaign are a strong advantage.

Nice to Have

• Background in Retail/Ecommerce domains.

• Exposure to performance testing tools and techniques.

• Basic scripting knowledge for automation and API validation.
