Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Test Engineer to lead and coordinate testing activities for strategic initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong test management skills, along with expertise in SAP and Retail domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate testing activities for assigned initiatives, ensuring all quality standards and timelines are met.
• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and cases based on project requirements.
• Manage test schedules, resource allocation, and deliverables.
• Monitor and report on testing progress, including risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure smooth testing processes.
• Ensure all test artifacts (test plans, test cases, test reports) are maintained and updated.
• Identify, log, and track defects to closure, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to testing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong background in test management.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP systems and Retail domain processes.
• Proven experience in leading testing activities for large-scale initiatives.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment on testing objectives.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in QA or Test Management (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or similar.

Form of employment: Full-time until further notice, we apply 6 months probationary employment.
