Job Description

Role: Taleo Principal Analyst

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 8-10 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Taleo Principal Analyst to lead the enhancement, support, and optimization of our Taleo platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Taleo implementations, configuration, and integration, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional and technical expertise for new initiatives and ongoing support within the Taleo platform.
  • Configure Taleo applications to meet business requirements and deliver value to internal and external users.
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver enterprise-wide solutions addressing complex business challenges.
  • Offer innovative technology solutions and recommendations to align with business needs.
  • Perform detailed configuration, migration of code, and deployment across environments following best practices.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of new Taleo functionalities.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, security guidelines, and compliance practices.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate system upgrades and support.
  • Develop and deliver end-user training programs to enhance Taleo system utilization.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (masters degree preferred).

Experience:

  • 8-10 years of full-cycle implementation and support experience in Taleo applications.
  • Experience in talent acquisition operations and strategies is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture and integrations between core systems is valuable.
  • Must have hands-on experience with Taleo Connect Client (TCC) integrations.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • English language proficiency is required.
