Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow AI Developer to design, develop, and implement AI-powered and agentic solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves building intelligent workflows, integrating advanced AI capabilities, and enabling autonomous AI agents to execute complex business processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with architects and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and governed AI solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Agentic Solution Development

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered and agentic workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Build AI Agents capable of autonomously executing multi-step business processes.
  • Implement agentic workflows combining decisioning, orchestration, and automation.

MCP & Advanced AI Integration

  • Implement and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable secure and contextual AI interactions.
  • Orchestrate multi-model and multi-agent communication using structured context exchange.
  • Ensure scalable and governed interoperability between AI agents and enterprise systems.

Generative & Predictive AI Enablement

  • Configure and optimize Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Virtual Agent.
  • Develop prompt engineering, grounding, and retrieval strategies for Generative AI use cases.
  • Train, test, and fine-tune ML models for classification, routing, and prediction tasks.

Automation & Orchestration

  • Integrate AI agents with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and external enterprise systems.
  • Enable autonomous ticket resolution, knowledge generation, and proactive recommendations.

Data, Security & Governance

  • Implement data governance, security controls, and AI guardrails to ensure responsible AI practices.
  • Monitor model accuracy, performance, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Collaborate with AI architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven outcomes.
  • Support POCs, pilots, demonstrations, and production deployments of AI solutions.
