Power BI

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer with strong experience in DAX, SQL, and Power Apps to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of transforming raw data into meaningful insights, building interactive dashboards, and supporting business decision-making with data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Write complex DAX expressions to support calculations, measures, and KPIs.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using SQL queries.
• Build and optimize data models to ensure high performance and accuracy.
• Integrate Power Apps solutions with Power BI for enhanced process automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and security across all reports and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot Power BI report issues and implement enhancements.
• Publish and schedule reports, ensuring timely delivery to business users.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 911 years of hands-on experience as a Power BI Developer.
• Strong expertise in DAX, including calculated columns, measures, and advanced logic.
• Proficiency in SQL (writing, optimizing, and debugging complex queries).
• Practical experience using Power Apps for workflow automation.
• Good understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and relational databases.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Experience with Power Automate / MS Flow.
• Knowledge of Azure services (Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse).
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
