Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and NestJS to build scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have solid backend and frontend development experience, with a focus on delivering reliable APIs and seamless user experiences. This role requires ownership of complex technical areas and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using NestJS
• Architect and implement GraphQL APIs aligned with business requirements
• Develop responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React / Next.js
• Take ownership of end-to-end feature development and technical delivery
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to enhance user experience and interface quality
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Work with tools like Docker, PostgreSQL, and Prisma ORM (good to have)
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Node.js and NestJS (must-have)
• Proven experience in designing and implementing GraphQL APIs
• Solid frontend development experience with React / Next.js
• Strong understanding of full-stack development and system architecture
• Ability to take ownership and lead complex technical initiatives
• Expertise in writing clean, structured, and maintainable code
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
