Level: Associate/Mid/Expert Level

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end SAP batch job scheduling, execution, monitoring, and support.

• Optimize job scheduling and execution patterns to improve performance and resource utilization.

• Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency.

• Ensure high availability, stability, and timely completion of batch processes.

• Troubleshoot job failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.

• Manage workload balancing, job dependencies, and recovery procedures.

• Collaborate with SAP Basis, application, and infrastructure teams to support operational excellence.

• Maintain operational documentation, compliance standards, and performance reporting.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP batch processing, job scheduling, and monitoring.

• Knowledge of SAP Basis and system performance concepts.

• Experience with enterprise scheduling tools such as Redwood, Control-M, or Automic.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and automation skills.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Own end-to-end SAP batch job scheduling, execution, and monitoring
• Drive optimisation of job scheduling and execution patterns to improve system performance and cost efficiency
• Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and workload balancing
• Ensure high availability and stability of batch processes, including failure handling and recovery.
