Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Tech Lead with strong expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM) and ACC (Agent Client Collector). The candidate should have hands-on experience leading technical implementations and should be able to clearly demonstrate deep knowledge of ITOM modules and ACC architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
- Configure and manage ACC (Agent Client Collector) for infrastructure monitoring and data collection.
- Implement ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the ServiceNow development team.
- Ensure best practices in ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and automation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITOM implementations and ACC deployment.
- Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams for seamless integration and monitoring.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
- Expertise in ACC (Agent Client Collector) deployment and configuration.
- Experience in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
- Knowledge of CMDB, MID Server, integrations, and automation workflows.
- Experience leading ServiceNow projects and managing technical teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator / ITOM Specialist).
- Experience working in enterprise environments with complex infrastructure monitoring.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
