Our client, a well-established asset manager, is hiring an experienced Intermediary Sales in Hong Kong.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy for wholesale clients, primarily in Hong Kong and China, with potential expansion across APAC.
- Analyze and segment client profiles to prioritize engagement and drive sales initiatives effectively.
- Collaborate with management to ensure successful execution of sales strategies and meet established targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with regional wholesalers, including private banks, wealth management firms, securities firms, retail banks, and other online and offline distribution platforms.
- Lead and manage projects independently while driving accountability for sales performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant intermediary sales / wholesales distribution experience in the asset management industry
- Established network and relationships with key wholesalers/intermediaries in the industry.
- Proven ability to work autonomously on projects and initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with fluency in Mandarin and English.
