Our client, a well-established professional services firm, is looking to hire a Manager for the Corporate Secretarial Services team in Hong Kong.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small team responsible for providing corporate secretarial and board support services, including scheduling meetings, preparing board packs, drafting minutes, and monitoring completion of action items
  • Set and monitor team performance goals, implement projects to meet KPIs, and reallocate workload as needed to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
  • Serve as a client-facing representative, building relationships with a portfolio of clients
  • Train and mentor the team to maintain high standards of service and product knowledge
  • Foster a positive team environment and identify opportunities for cross-selling other products and services

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and relevant management experience in a funds, jurisdiction, or company secretarial role
  • Excellent time management, organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide support to various team members
  • Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes impacting corporate secretarial and board support services
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks based on risk and deadlines
