The client is a leading distributed energy company backed by an international energy group – they are now seeking a Corporate Legal and Compliance Executive who could join them in Gurgaon

-          Details of the Position

·                Support to Legal and Compliance head in advising Management to carry out business in India and globally, in full compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations, internal group policies and guidelines

·                Provide legal support to all functions

·                Responsible for ensuring compliance with FCPA, UK Bribery, applicable Labour Laws and Employee related laws and regulations

·                Responsible for finalizing the drafting and negotiations for contracts including those related to Project finance, PPAs, NDAs, MOUs, Lease Agreements, EPC Contracts and any and all other contracts relevant to the industry

·                Preparing legal templates for standard agreements

·                Managing Dispute Resolution

·                Engaging and managing external counsels in India and internationally;

·                Provide Legal Training to business people on legal aspects

·                Able to join within 30 Days

·                The candidate should have 1 to 2 years of work experience in a similar role

·                Compensation: INR 8LPA – INR 9LPA

·                Education : LLB/LLM
