Job Descriptions
Production:
- Daily management of front-line workers in the production department in accordance with the requirements of the production control.
- Provide support to the production team in their daily activities, including troubleshooting production issues, coordinating workflow, and ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Supervise and product guidance to production staff including training, performance evaluation and coaching to maximize productivity and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor production processes on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal requirements.
- Maintain accurate production records including production output, downtime, and other relevant data, and prepare reports for management review.
QA:
- Quality Assurance - Ensure all products are maintained in its quality, packed in the right packaging and produced in a timely manner according to the daily and weekly production plan.
- Achieves QC or QA operational objectives by monitoring and assigning day-to-day activities and identifying the gaps and problems.
- Assist for returned samples inspection, conduct root cause and failure analysis investigation on all returns and take corrective action.
- Responsible for maintaining inspection records, quality-related documents, codes, standards, and specifications.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the manufacturing environment and with minimum 3 years of working experience is a plus.
- Fresh graduates and entry-level are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or evenings as required.
- Able to travel to China for 3-6 months of training.
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin is an added advantage.
