About our client :

This company product is Power Module base and customers are of Cisco, Foxconn,Flex and so on. R&D based in Shenzen and manufacturing plant in Dong Guan.

Qualifications:
  • Age: Between 20 and 45 years old, gender unrestricted, in good health, with no infectious diseases. Educational Background (Degree and Major Requirements)
  • Educational Background (Degree and Major Requirements): High school diploma or technical secondary education in electronics or related fields.
  • Work Experience: Over one year of process inspection experience.
  • Possesses a certain level of quality awareness, works diligently, able to endure hardship, and demonstrates good cooperation in work.
  • Familiar with the IPQC inspection process, as well as product process standards and inspection standards.
  • Proficient in using the GB/T 2828.1-2003 sampling plan.
  • Familiar with and able to apply the seven basic quality tools (QC tools). (Special Requirements)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in quality inspection and review work during the new product development process.
  • Ensure timely inspection of the production process strictly according to inspection specifications, drawings, production task orders, and other related materials, and maintain relevant markings and records of inspection results.
  • Conduct first article inspections strictly according to inspection specifications, and maintain relevant markings and records; perform regular inspections of the process according to inspection standards and complete the regular inspection record form.
  • Confirm any quality abnormalities in materials or semi-finished products during the production process, and issue the corresponding quality abnormality documents as required. Responsible for confirming the return orders in the daily production report and tracking the progress; after confirming the handling results, input them into the system.
  • Determine and assist in handling cases of semi-finished products and stagnant materials.
  • Input confirmed quality abnormality documents issued during the daily production process into the system, and review the QC daily report.
  • Track and confirm the relevant corrective and preventive action documents and input them into the system.
  • Summarize and report quality abnormalities for completed orders, and track and confirm improvement results.
  • Assist the department in summarizing production quality abnormalities from the previous month on the first day of each month, assist in formulating relevant quality improvement measures, and track the implementation of improvement strategies.
  • Use measuring instruments strictly according to operational requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the inspection area according to 5S management standards.
  • Attend department morning meetings and weekly summary meetings on time, report any issues encountered in each shift during the week, and propose improvement measures.
  • Actively participate in relevant business knowledge training.
  • Timely complete other tasks assigned by superiors and take over responsibilities during the absence of relevant personnel.
