About the Role

Join our client, a leading organization committed to excellence and innovation, as a Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you'll coordinate integrated campaigns to engage and nurture donors and prospects in a global mission to serve communities in need. You'll be responsible for ensuring timely execution of marketing initiatives, tracking performance, and results reporting while working with a dynamic Marketing and Communications team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications team members to schedule, coordinate, and deliver marketing deliverables across multiple channels (print, radio, direct mail, digital advertising, social media)
  • Coordinate marketing deliverables with internal stakeholders, external media partners, and marketing agencies
  • Document, analyze, and report marketing effectiveness to improve future campaign performance
  • Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communication channels
  • Edit and proofread marketing materials with meticulous attention to detail
  • Provide donor-centric marketing suggestions to enhance deliverables
  • Administrative support including meeting coordination, agenda creation, and technology setup
  • Submit material and data requests to ensure timely fulfillment of marketing materials

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Business preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or related field
  • Strong familiarity with current non-profit marketing trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and prioritization abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in faith-based or Christian marketing
  • Knowledge of contemporary Christian marketing and fundraising practices
  • Marketing research, automation, and advertising experience
  • Non-profit development experience
