🌟 Overview of the Role

Join a Fortune 200 clean energy leader as a Solar Project Manager responsible for all aspects of utility-scale solar projects ranging from $200 million to $1.5 billion. You'll have full authority over project execution from field turnover through commissioning, with all project departments reporting to you during the execution phase.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of utility-scale solar projects ($200M-$1.5B) from field turnover to completion
• Oversee staff and employee management across all project-associated departments
• Lead safety management programs and ensure compliance
• Administer contracts with EPC contractors and vendors
• Manage project cost, schedule, quality, and risk
• Oversee commissioning and start-up of solar facilities
• Set up operations' readiness for project handover
• Serve as company representative with regulatory agencies and local government
• Manage public relations and community engagement at project sites

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
• 6-10 years of experience managing engineering and construction projects
• Demonstrated budget oversight and execution experience on large-scale projects
• Experience with contract administration and EPC contractor management
• Strong cost and schedule management skills
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Must be local to Juno Beach area or willing to relocate (no remote/hybrid)

Preferred:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Experience with utility-scale solar, BESS, or renewable energy projects
• Experience interfacing with regulatory agencies
• Background in commissioning and facility start-up
