We're seeking a detail-oriented Communication Specialist to support our client's dynamic marketing acquisition team for their Texas residential energy brands. This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of in-office collaboration (Monday-Thursday) and work-from-home flexibility (Friday).

Overview of the Role:
Join our client's innovative marketing team and play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition through strategic digital campaigns. You'll support daily operations while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced corporate environment within the renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize website landing pages for customer acquisition
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Bing, and META platforms
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with internal teams and external marketing agencies
• Schedule meetings, capture notes, and manage project communications
• Create and maintain project plans while escalating blockers as needed
• Manage "analog" workflow processes outside formal project management systems
• Code invoices and manage marketing expense budgets
• Complete credit card expense reports for the Marketing Director

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of corporate work experience
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles
• Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and META Ads
• Knowledge of website publishing and content management systems
• Basic SEO understanding preferred
• Understanding of basic accounting practices (preferred)
• Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated good judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity
