We are seeking an ambitious Project Management Consultant at the Associate level to join their dynamic construction division. This 12-month contract position offers hands-on experience with large-scale energy projects and the opportunity to develop foundational project management skills within a fast-paced, professional environment.

This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to launch their project management career within the critical energy infrastructure space.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring construction project phases
  • Assist in maintaining project documentation, schedules, and status reports
  • Track project deliverables, milestones, and critical path activities
  • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams
  • Participate in project meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Help monitor project budgets and resource allocation under supervision
  • Contribute to risk identification and mitigation planning processes
  • Utilize project management software to update task progress and generate basic reports


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
  • 0-5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, construction, or related areas
  • Fundamental understanding of project management principles and methodologies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Exposure to project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Primavera) is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and acute attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
