Location: Florida (Onsite – Coral Springs OR Plantation )
Duration: 12-Month Contract (Potential Extension)
Experience Level: Mid (3+ Years Required)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Pay Rate: $26/hour

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to support enterprise-level applications within a leading energy and utilities environment. This role involves working on cross-functional initiatives to enhance system quality, improve user experience, and ensure seamless delivery of applications for both internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in application testing, defect management, and collaboration with technical and business teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Execute test cases, document results, and identify/report defects accurately
• Conduct retesting and validation to ensure issue resolution
• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to troubleshoot real-time issues
• Perform root cause analysis for defects and system issues
• Develop a strong understanding of application functionality and technical solutions
• Support multiple projects with varying complexity in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in QA/testing roles
• Hands-on experience with test execution and defect tracking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP applications
• Exposure to enterprise-level systems and processes
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Work Location (Onsite Requirement)
