A leading national law firm is seeking a highly qualified associate to join its sophisticated Bankruptcy and Creditors Rights Litigation practice in Wilmington.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3 - 5 years of experience representing parties in Chapter 11 bankruptcy, restructuring, and/or creditors rights litigatio
• Excellent writing skills, strong attention to detail, and top academic credentials
  
• Experience supporting complex corporate restructurings, including:
  Debtor and creditor representations in Chapter 11 cases
• Chapter 9 municipal insolvencies
• Distressed asset acquisitions and restructurings (in- and out-of-court)
• Active Delaware Bar admission (required)
