๐ŸŒŸ Overview of the Role

Join a Fortune 200 clean energy leader as a Business Analyst supporting operational decision-making within their Engineering & Construction business unit. You'll conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, lead special projects, design business processes, and develop reports that drive informed decisions across the organization.

๐Ÿ’ผ Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct basic to moderately complex operational analyses supporting business decision-making
  • Lead medium to large special projects with cross-functional teams
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative research to support business objectives
  • Design and modify business processes to improve operational efficiency
  • Develop reports and dashboards for management decision support
  • Apply standardized tools and analytical techniques
  • Collaborate with Senior Business Analysts and supervisors

โœ… Required Skills & Qualifications

Required:

  • 1-3 years of related business analysis experience
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills
  • Experience with process design and modification
  • Report development and data visualization capabilities
  • Proficiency with analytical tools (Excel, SQL, reporting software)
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Must be local to Juno Beach area

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in energy, utilities, or compliance environments
  • Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools
  • CBAP, CCBA, or Six Sigma certification
