Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, and non-technical positions
  • Develop and implement college relations and high school partnership programs
  • Partner with search firms and employment agencies to identify top talent
  • Create and manage applicant tracking and flow processes
  • Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
  • Coordinate recruitment activities with HR officers for policy consistency
  • Provide guidance to managers and supervisors on federal and corporate policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in exempt and non-exempt staffing
  • Strong background in recruiting for technical (IT) positions preferred
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of HR operations and administration
  • High standards of integrity and reliability
  • Ability to work extended hours and meet attendance requirements
