OVERVIEW
A well-established law firm is seeking a senior Corporate Transactional Attorney to join its corporate practice in San Bernardino. This role is ideal for an experienced transactional attorney with a strong background in general commercial matters who is interested in contributing to and growing an established practice. Real estate transactional experience is beneficial but not required.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle a broad range of general commercial and corporate transactional matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex transactional and commercial agreements.
• Advise clients on business transactions and related legal considerations.
• Contribute to the growth and development of an established corporate practice.
• Manage client relationships and support business development efforts.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and practice groups as part of a team-based environment.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• 8+ years of significant experience in corporate and general commercial transactions.
• Experience handling sophisticated transactional matters independently.
• Real estate transactional experience helpful, but not required.
• Ability to bring a modest portable book of business.
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Strong client service orientation and professional judgment.
