  • Implement and enforce Lockout Tagout (LOTO) procedures and other critical safety protocols.
  • Monitor daily work plans, ensuring execution aligns with project specifications, schedules, and company best practices.
  • Create detailed daily logs, progress photographs, and provide clear communication updates to the Construction Manager, Project Manager, and site leadership.
  • Manage site logistics, material coordination, and resolve field issues promptly to maintain project momentum.
  • Travel extensively to various project sites across the United States, with typical assignments lasting 4-6 months.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 6-10 years of progressive experience in construction supervision, specifically within utility, power generation, or heavy industrial sectors.
  • Proven expertise in electrical construction methods, including underground/overhead distribution, substation work, or renewable energy interconnection.
  • Thorough, demonstrated knowledge of OSHA 30 and construction safety standards. Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30-Hour) are a strong plus.
  • Experience directly managing third-party contractors and vendors in a fast-paced field environment.
  • Strong technical documentation skills with experience in daily reporting, progress photos, and digital logs.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 100% to project sites. Must be flexible for assignments across the U.S.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
