OVERVIEW
A national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Transactional Attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join its Phoenix office. The role focuses on developer-side real estate transactions, supporting complex development projects and related due diligence. This position is well suited for an attorney with hands-on transactional experience who is looking to grow within a collaborative and flexible practice environment.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent developers in a variety of real estate transactions.
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, easements,declarations, and other development-related agreements.
- Conduct and manage due diligence for complex real estate transactions.
- Support development-related projects from acquisition through closing.
- Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas as needed.
- Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to clients
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- 2–5 years of real estate transactional experience.
- Experience representing developers strongly preferred.
- Experience representing homebuilders is a plus, but not required.
- Broad exposure to development-related work preferred.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Arizona bar admission or ability to be admitted on motion.
- Team-oriented approach and strong client service mindset.
