OVERVIEW
A national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Transactional Attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join its Phoenix office. The role focuses on developer-side real estate transactions, supporting complex development projects and related due diligence. This position is well suited for an attorney with hands-on transactional experience who is looking to grow within a collaborative and flexible practice environment.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Represent developers in a variety of real estate transactions.
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, easements,declarations, and other development-related agreements.
• Conduct and manage due diligence for complex real estate transactions.
• Support development-related projects from acquisition through closing.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas as needed.
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to clients

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• 2–5 years of real estate transactional experience.
• Experience representing developers strongly preferred.
• Experience representing homebuilders is a plus, but not required.
• Broad exposure to development-related work preferred.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Arizona bar admission or ability to be admitted on motion.
• Team-oriented approach and strong client service mindset.
