Overview
Our client is a leading energy company seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative II to join their Houston team. This is a 12-month contract position offering competitive compensation and the opportunity to work with a Fortune 500 organization known for excellence in customer service.
Location: Houston, TX 77002 (On-site position)
Pay Rate: $21/hour
Duration: 12 months
Schedule: 40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts between 7am-6pm
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to valuable customers through various communication channels
- Resolve customer issues using strong problem-solving skills and company resources
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Meet performance metrics and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience
- Adapt to changing business needs and schedule requirements
Requirements
- 6-10 years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proven reliability and dependability
- High integrity and positive attitude
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and business needs
- Ability to work on-site in downtown Houston
- Must complete mandatory 3-week training program (March 9th start date)
